Agoda.com is an website extremely easy and fast to navigate, with clear and detailed information even before clicking into a hotel. Almost all of the time, customers can receive and much better price booking on Agoda rather than the hotels own booking system.
The Map feature is also a very handy, with a good filter tool for prices, hotel star ratings, customer ratings and much more, making it so easy to locate and find a hotel that matches your expectations.
Booking.com
Booking.com is legimate travel agent that offers accommodation deals for a great price, including a great range of Hotels, Apartments, Villas in close proximity to the beach and many more.
Booking.com also has an excellent user-interface, it is easy to use and has many tools and filters that will assist you into finding your perfect hotel in Thailand. Another perk on this website, is the total price including taxes and fees are included on the searches, some website will only display taxes and fees once you have reached the payment phase.
Although Booking.com have a similar useful map tool like Agoda.com, it is a little bit slower and the map is not detailed with prices, but still an extremely helpful and features many filter options.

There are many websites that will display a huge listing of Condos and apartments available in Bangkok, but unfortunately they all have a similar problem. Many of the properties are not updated and are old listings. However, you can still find many valuable information such as different agents, estimated prices for different properties, and a rough idea of what type of accommodations are in the city.

Hipflat.com is in my experience the best property website in Thailand, with thousands of listings across different cities in Thailand.
It’s easy to use interfaces, excellent map tool alongside many filtering tools, allow users to find a property that matches their expectations in their desired area.
Hipflat will display every condo, apartment or houses in good details, showing what kind of facilities are available such as swimming pools, gym and etc, when the accommodation was built and most importantly, prices shown for properties depending on its sizes, floor and other criteria
Facebook is a surprisingly great application to find both short term or long term rental properties in Thailand. There are many groups on Facebook with vendors posting new available properties and listings.
The postings are usually posted by estate agents, or posted by the owners themselves, here are some example facebook groups to search for condos, apartments or houses in Bangkok
Facebook group also allow posters to specifically state the location, rental price, and other specific needs a tenant wants
Enquire In Person
If you find a suitable property that fits your budget, the location is good and the facilities looks great. You can always just walk to the buildings Juristic office and enquire for the available properties for rental.
Occasionally the staff at the office will take you to view some of the available units, but if not, they will have contacts with trusted agents that can offer you different deals and properties in the building.
